Order
Order publications by adding the required items to your basket, go to the checkout and complete your address details. Items in stock will usually be despatched within one working day.
If you would prefer to order publications by telephone, please call the Publications Orderline on 0845-015 0010. The opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30, there is an automated response service outside these hours where you can place an order if you know the URN.
You can also contact the Orderline by fax on 0845-015 0020, or minicom on 0845-015 0030.

Restrictions
Please note that certain publications are available only in the UK and to authorised UK posts abroad. These will be removed from your basket. In addition, certain publications may have maximum order limits. Orders for quantities above the maximum order limit will be limited automatically to the maximum permitted quantity.

Some web publications providing guidance on maternity, paternity and adoption leave have been moved from the Department's website to Government central websites.

On 5 June 2009 the Government created the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). It was formed by merging the Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (BERR) and the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS).
All innovation, universities and skills publications are available on this website, alongside former BERR publications. You can find them using the search publications facility, or browse publications by subject.
